Air Visis was the music project of 'S' and 'M' ('Menokefug' is an alias of 'M'), that created music 1992-1998.
Air Visis was an entirely cassette tape based bedroom studio music project.

The initial artist name in 1992 was 'The Man From Saturn'. The more suitably abstract artist name 'Air Visis' was chosen in 1993 or early 1994.

Various compilation cassettes were self-distributed in small numbers. Probably the most well known compilation cassette was titled 'Probe' and had a hand-illustrated, hand-written black-and-white photocopied inlay.

In early 1994 Air Visis was awarded 'Demo Of The Month' by the Oxford 'Curfew' local music newspaper (which later became 'Nightshift' magazine).

These tracks were digitally multitracked during 2022-2023, and are composed entirely of sound material from 1995-1998.

To remain faithful to the original Air Visis production, digital multitracking operations were limited to the simple operations possible with the original cassette recorder equipment.
These tracks could have been created during 1995-1998, and this album can be considered a continuation of that work.

(Hohner B2V and B2AV, both 5 string and tuned in fifths or mostly fifths)

* Single speed cassette dictaphone
* Mini portable radio
